NEW FORMING TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCED
B.E.P. Forming Systems recently introduced three products to the concrete contracting market. The Eliminator is an all-aluminum lightweight clamping forming system and promises to speed production by as much as 50 percent. The Big Expander, Expanding Filler System, with its built-in capacity to expand up to 32 inches, offers contractors an all-in-one forming system, and the Combo Panel & Brickledge System is an innovative solution for quickly forming ledges on poured walls.
The Eliminator forming system requires no pins, wedges or bolts when setting forms. Instead, it utilizes a powerful, easy-to-use clamp that significantly speeds project completion as it increases project accuracy. Weighing only 5.5 pounds per square foot, and available in heights from one to 10 feet and lengths from one to 21 feet, the system can be easily crane- or hand-set with a standard crane or even a boom and skid steer set up. Designed primarily for use in the commercial market, the Eliminator features rotating panels, giving the contractor ultimate flexibility in placement, is compatible with all traditional forming systems, takes re-ply costs and waste down to zero, and increases worker safety.
