NEW DIMENSIONS IN FLAME AND PLASMA CUTTING
ESAB Canada introduces the new Falcon Cutting System for plasma, oxy-fuel or combined plasma and oxy-fuel cutting with a cutting capacity of up to 150 metres. All processes are controlled from an ESAB CNC system like the Vision 51. Extensive control functions, interfaces and an integrated cutting database with 65 fixed programs deliver a high degree of reliable, reproducible quality of cut-parts.
The Falcon operates with a 100-200A plasma power source (ESP-101, ESP-150 or ESP-200) for plasma cutting. The precise setting of the cutting torch height is achieved automatically with initial height sensing and maintained by an arc voltage height control during the cutting process, ensuring optimum cutting quality at all times.
